2010 Rating Revaluation

The Rateable Values of all commercial properties within the country is re-assessed every 5 years and the next Revaluation is scheduled to take place with effect from 1st April 2010.

Valuation Notices intimating proposed new figures will be issued during the early part of the year and it is important that you protect your interests by lodging an appropriate Rating Appeal immediately on receipt of your new Notice.
